This was also a development by Momark Development. It is a residential community just off of downtown in a more urban area. One thing I loved about this development is the profit given back to help develop the neighborhood surrounding the community. This project is located in one of the underdeveloped areas of Austin which allowed for the developer to invest more into the community. Because of its limited space the developer decided to use a garden style home community.The Chestnut Commons now caters to young professionals who are looking more for the urban feel, but want to be closer to downtown. This 64 unit development is completely built and it sold out quickly. It has already proven to be a success.
